She understands the realities of senior leadership from inside the business, not only from the coaching room.
Today, she brings that operational credibility together with formal coaching training, ongoing research on AI and leadership, executive and founder workshops, and university guest lectures. For more than fifteen years, Marta has led teams, transformation programs, and complex operations inside global organizations. Before the credentials

I became a manager at Google because I loved developing people. I stayed sixteen years because I loved the complexity of the business. From that seat, one pattern kept surfacing: some of the most capable leaders I knew were carrying the business, their teams, and the weight of the role all at once, with very few places to think out loud.
Google sponsored my first coaching certification, and for years I coached fellow Googlers alongside my day job. For a long time, I resisted making more of it. I genuinely loved the business work, and becoming a coach felt a little too much like the obvious second act.
Then it clicked. Executive coaching lets me keep both parts I care about most: the hard business problems and the person in the middle of them. That is still how I coach today. My client is on the field, calling the game in real time. I am on the sideline with a wider view, the research, and an objective perspective, so the move that is hard to see from inside the game becomes visible.
Over the years, I’ve had to reinvent myself more than once. Moving across countries meant rebuilding a sense of home and identity in unfamiliar places. Stepping into leadership before I felt fully ready taught me to trust myself before I had all the proof. Becoming a mother reshaped how I thought about ambition, success, and the life I wanted to build. And after more than thirteen years at Google, I chose to begin again professionally.
Looking back, I can see that none of those moments were really about changing jobs or titles. They were about becoming a different leader, and a different version of myself. Each transition required letting go of what had worked before and growing into what came next. That’s where I discovered that leadership grows from the inside out.
Today, that belief shapes how I coach. I help people navigate the transitions that define a career (the bigger role, the greater responsibility, the meaningful career shift) and grow into them with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
We came to coaching from different directions, but with the same belief: good people do their best thinking when they have both challenge and support. Between us, we’ve spent decades inside global organizations, leadership teams, and moments of significant change. We’ve experienced the pressure, the uncertainty, and the responsibility that come with leading when the answers aren’t obvious.
